When you purchased your inserts from Handy3DPrints, your order included a warranty card with simple registration instructions. We offer a 1-year warranty on eligible products that have been registered, giving you faster support if you ever need a replacement or warranty help.

How to reach out for warranty help
Best way to reach out is to message us on whichever platform you bought the inserts on. Whether eBay or Etsy as that is the fastest way to get in touch. When you do message make sure to include your order number and pictures of what is occurring for assistance.
For return assistance
If you would like to return something, be aware returns are only accepted during the 30 day window from when your order was delivered. If during the 30 day period, then returns are subject to you (the buyer) paying for return shipping costs, unless there was damage to the order in shipping, in which case that will be handled as a carrier claim.
