Spare parts are available for Handy3DPrint inserts if you need a replacement piece due to wear, loss, or damage. Because these items are custom 3D printed to order, there is a small charge to cover print time and material, typically about $3 for smaller parts and about $7 for larger parts, plus shipping (usually under $10).
For example, if you purchased the M12 cut-off tool inserts as shown below…
And you need a replacement top inserts, that would be about $7 plus shipping (depending where you live it could be as cheap as $5 or as expensive as $10). Say you live in CA, it would be about $12 to ship you a replacement top insert of the cut-off tool inserts.
How to Purchase Spare Parts?
To request spare parts, please message me on the same marketplace where you purchased your insert (eBay or Etsy). After you contact me with what you need, I will create and send you a custom order link for the exact spare part(s), then ship it through that platform so everything stays simple and tracked.
What Can I get as a Replacement and what can’t I?
You can get a replacement for just about any item, except those of the magnetic wrench inserts as those magnets are very hard to source due to all the restrictions with China and rare earth magnets.
Smaller magnets as with inserts with magnetic lids (small circle magnets) can be replaced but you can also source them yourself. Look on amazon for 6x3mm magnets and those are the same used in our magnetic lids and attachments such as on the Dremel/Rotary Inserts and the M12 Installation Driver Inserts.
