Where can i purchase your items on Handy3dPrint.com?
Currently all our products are located on both eBay and Etsy. This is to ensure a safe, secure, and trusted platform that is already used by millions and millions of people with many state of the art protections to protect against scams and fraudulent listings. You can either create an account (or use an existing one) or check out as a guest if you wish not to create accounts. It’s a good idea to check both as sometimes you can get a better deal on one or the other.
How are your items shipped?
We ship everything through USPS Ground Advantage, which is insured and gives a good delivery time comparable with other carriers more expensive options.
Can i get my items faster?
Currently we do not offer expedited shipping options to save on costs and to keep our prices as low and as competitive as possible. You can typically expect your shipment to ship within 1-2 business days from placing your order and can expect to have it arrive at your destination withing about 7 days (sometimes sooner).
Do you have a warranty?
Check out our Returns & Warranty page for more details, but in general while no warranty policy is specified on either eBay or Etsy, if you have any issues with your items (either from general use or from shipping) feel free to reach out and see what we can do. In general its not too much trouble to send a replacement as long as you can cover the shipping cost (less then $10 usually). If damage from shipping then reach out right away with pictures and we can file a claim and give you a full refund.
What is your return policy?
All items have a 30day full refund policy, provided you send the item back in original condition and you cover the cost of returning it (return shipping, again usually less then $10). Exceptions to this if there is damage to the item from shipping.
