📦 Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged in shipping or breaks upon arrival, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to make it right.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Photo proof of the damage is required for any refund or replacement to be considered.
We will issue a refund or replacement for items damaged in transit once verified.
