At Handy3DPrints, all items are made to order, and returns are not accepted. However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

📦 Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged in shipping or breaks upon arrival, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to make it right.

• Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• Photo proof of the damage is required for any refund or replacement to be considered.

• We will issue a refund or replacement for items damaged in transit once verified.
